Institutions, advisors, and clients have been asking for us to launch mutual funds for years. While attempting to meet that demand, we have taken time to ensure that the solution meets the high standards our clients deserve. Launching mutual funds unlocks the potential of our portfolio management team’s best thinking in attempt to deliver a better experience for investors. We believe these funds will provide significant efficiencies and enhancements to the management of our portfolios. These changes will allow us to incorporate new factors, add managers, provide tax management, etc. In addition to allowing more efficient portfolio management, we believe the scale we can achieve from this vehicle, as well as the broader universe of underlying securities (sub-advised solutions, ETFs, etc.), will allow us to access a wider array of vehicles over time.
